Currently the head coach of the cross country and track & field programs at Covington Catholic HS, I spent twelve years at Cincinnati St. Xavier HS, learning within and doing my best to contribute to one of the best programs in the state of Ohio, and the Midwest as a whole. Other experiences feeding into my pursuit of coaching include competing at Fordham University and working for Tom Ratcliffe of KIMbia Athletics, which afforded me a close look at the world of professional running.
